中兴 模架

东莞中兴模具有限公司于1995年成立（隶属香港中华模胚），从一间小规模的加工厂（设备18台，员工78人）发展成为一家颇具规模的模胚有限公司（大中型设备过百台，员工 500多人），综合加工能力已达大中型企业水平，并建立起良好的品牌（中华模胚）。

Founded in 1995, we are a professional enterprise of mould base that boomed from a small factory into a large-scope company. At present, we have over 100 sets large-sized and mid-sized equipments and more than 500 staffs. The comprehensive processing capacity has developed to large-sized and mid-sized enterprise standard, also we have established its new business capability.

本公司具有雄厚的技术加工能力，可代客3D设计加工电视机、洗衣机、 汽车模等大型模具，各式型腔、大型非标模胚/模架及25吨大型模胚/模架。

With the strong technical strength and processing capacity, we have taken charge of the 3D design and processing in various TV, washing machine, vehicle mould, large-sized non-standard mould base and mould rack.

公司现有各大品牌的加工中心30多台，其中包括高精度日产机床：TOSHIBA、KURAKI、MITSUL-SEKL、三井、MAKINO、牧野等大型卧式加工中心多台和 NIIGATAT新泻精机、HN80B 6台无人操作自动化加工中心、SUMITOMO-SHIBAVRA 大龙门磨、可加工1.5M*2.5M*4.8M及TOSHIBA 东芝 MK-20大型深孔钻等先进 配套设备；另外还引进西德检验仪器以及其它大型的磨床、铣床、锯床等配套设备。

In recent years, we have set up over 30 processing centers are included: High Precision Japan Machine Tool,(TOSHIBA, KURAKI, MITSUL-SEKL, MITSUI, MAKINO and MAKINO), Large-sized Horizontal Processing Centers, NIIGATAT SK Machine, HN80B, Non-Human Operation Automatic Processing Center, SUMITOMO-SHIBAVRA Large-Sized Grinding Machine. All these equipments are applicable for the processing of 1.5M, 2.5M, 4.8M, TOSHIBA, MK-20 Deep Hole. Besides we have introduced West Germany testing apparatus and other large-sized grinding machine, milling machine, sawmilling machine.
